We want to supply "Young Athlete's" with an opportunity to get strong, fast, and lean with OUR CIRUIT Training for a reasonable price. Our thing is to invest in the future. 

*ANY HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE ATHLETES: 
Message us holding up their jersey with a message regarding their athletic goals, and how we can help. We'll send them 2 circuit workouts a week with a cardio and stretching regiment.
NUTITITION is separate.

We could make it FREE but, I've learned young people take it more seriously when they invest in themselves.

The inexpensive Participation of the process.......

 Supporters get limited access to "Projex D.D. R's" Unique strength and sculpting Circuit Training. 

The circuits are beginner friendly and enough to get our fitness Journeys started. 

NEW circuit workouts will be posted weekly to assist our strength and fitness regimen to complement our body goals.

Supporters receive access to Motivation and Nutrition Content piggybacking us along our gains. 

*WARNING: Alot of circuits will require TRIBERS to have their own personal gym memberships, but some will be at home friendly.

With ONE on ONE TRAINING and FULL MEMBERSHIPS, i can monitor our form and you'll have ACCESS to my videos, of ME performing the exercises and access to "zoom Accompanying training sessions."
